A great "how to" manual for Reiki I and II, this book is packed with easy to find basics on Reiki, as well as some of the newer and more accurate information on Japanese techniques and Reiki history.

The Essential Reiki

The first book I read on Reiki, this classic, controversial Reiki I, II, and III handbook may be a bit dated in its history, but it inspires with its densely packed sharing of experience in using, learning, and teaching Reiki.

If you took one of my Reiki classes, chances are you received your attunements to this simple yet awesome CD.
